The fellowship participant will gain experience in the examination of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand in a private practice setting. The emphasis is on tertiary, reconstructive and sports medicine surgery. Fellows share the experience with staff members and may attend monthly orthopaedic teaching conferences.
